Hyderabad Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education was established in 1961. The Board was constituted in accordance with the Intermediate and Secondary Education Ordinance, 1961. The Hyderabad Board is responsible for conducting the annual Matriculation and Intermediate examinations and announcing the results of Class XII.

The Board is governed by a group of Chairpersons, Secretaries, Controllers, and Directors, who handle all matters relating to education and examinations. The Board of Education facilitates high schools and higher secondary schools in Hyderabad, Sindh. Bise Hyderabad also ensures that the second year date sheet 2022 provides students with an exam schedule so that they can prepare for the exams.

Students have been provided a date sheet four to five weeks before the examination so that the candidates can prepare for the examination accordingly. In addition, it offers other important details such as exam dates, days, and sessions. Exams could not be held in May this academic year and were delayed. Candidates are informed that the 12th class date sheet 2022 Hyderabad Board officials will soon issue date sheets for regular and private candidates.
